Cases of bluetongue virus (BTV) are rising quickly in both sheep and cattle and it is having a major impact in some parts of the country.

It is a rapidly evolving situation so farmers are being urged to join one of AHDB’s bluetongue meetings for the latest information.

These events will give attendees the chance to hear from local vets and advisers, APHA/Defra representatives and industry specialists for the latest updates on the BTV situation.
